The Assembly Appropriations Committee passed with amendments Senate Bill
840 (Kuehl). SB 840 is the CRTA-supported Universal Single Payer Health
Care Reform legislation. The bill will next be heard on the Assembly
Floor prior to being returned to the Senate for final action before being
sent to the Governor. I will update again as soon as SB 840 passes the
Senate.
