Marie Williams Trust Projects

Recently - beyond our control - our son, Scott, and I were thrust into taking care of the properties that have been placed in a Marie Williams Trust that was used to support our matriarch for many years where she lived in Crescent City and Gasquet, CA. We will be posting pictures of the properties from both the exterior and interior views of the homes.

A great deal of work will obviously be needed on at least three of the properties. Consultation with local property management personnel will help us determine a proper course of action to maximize a return on investment by my mother and Scott's grandmother.
