Hampton House Outside Projects

Over the past thirty-six years that we have lived at 6579 Hampton Drive, many projects have been thought about, planned, started and finished. Every garden has specific purpose for its existence. A massive drip system with near 4,000 linear feet of 1/2" piping and 1/8" drip line are currently in use. A commerical quality twelve valve water control system operates nearly the entire yard. A separate three valve control center keeps the plants in the greenhouse area properly watered. The pool is filled with its own water leveling system. We have focused our garden plant selection primarily to Japanese maples. There are nearly 175 maples in a 100 varieties.

Ferns are another plant that is a very popular in a Nancy Williams garden. 'Painted', 'Maidenhair', 'Autumn' and other varieties exist because of the moist soil conditions. Specially designed front fencing along with a oversized arbor have been constructed on the left and right side with the arbor used as a display platfor for a Chinese white wisteria.
